Christ is risen

Imagine that Easter morning, a group of women silently walked to the tomb of Jesus with a heavy heart and spices. They wanted to make a final burial for their beloved teacher, but when they arrived, they found that everything had changed—the stone that sealed the tomb had been sealed, and Jesus' body was gone.

Suddenly, two angels appeared and said to them, "He is not here, he is resurrected! and what he told you when he remembered him while he was still in Galilee." These words are like the light of dawn, piercing the darkness of loss and despair in their hearts. Jesus had foretold this day, and now He is truly alive.

This moment changed everything. The resurrection is not only a miracle, but also the fulfillment of hope, the triumph of death, and the promise of new life. The women who had once been filled with grief now rushed to the disciples with joyful news. The empty tomb becomes proof that death cannot end everything.

In 2025, each of us will face our own "empty grave" moments – moments of confusion, pain or uncertainty in our lives. Maybe it's the loss of a loved one, a broken relationship, a challenge in the workplace, or the stress of a global situation. Just as women walk to the grave with heavy hearts, we often look for an exit to life with doubts and fears.

However, Luke 24:6 reminds us that hope is alive. The same Jesus who rose from the dead, His life force is still running today, bringing about renewal and change. When the world seems dark and uncertain, we can hold on to the promise that life can be born from death, joy can emerge from sorrow, and new beginnings are always possible.

In this Easter season, let "He is not here, he has been resurrected!" This phrase becomes a beacon in your life. Remember, God's promises are not just old stories, but living truths that invite us to trust, heal, and walk courageously. Whatever the challenges 2025 brings, the story of the resurrection teaches us that we are never alone and that the power of new life is always around us.
