• "I want to know Jesus" response form（/know-jesus）、Contact form（/contact) and"Journey Together" form（/partner): Name, email, subject, and message content.
• WhatsApp(+852 6355 1366): When you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp display name, and the content of the messages you send.
• Weekly email registration: Email, name/salutation, and language preference (Cantonese or Mandarin).
• "Concise Gospel" download(/simple-gospel): Email.

The content you write to us may involve your religious beliefs, health, or family status. Please only provide information you are willing to share with us.

Cookies:This website and the third-party services used (systeme.io, YouTube, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics) may set cookies on your browser or collect browsing data to ensure website operation, play videos, prevent spam, and compile website usage statistics; the ministry does not place advertisements or advertising tracking codes on the website. • To reply to your inquiries or faith-related questions;
• To pray for you upon your request;
• To follow up on Bible reading or provide information on finding a church, as requested by you;
• To contact you regarding prayer, ministry, or donation inquiries based on your message in the "Journey Together" form;
• To send the materials you requested, such as the "Concise Gospel";
• To send weekly emails after you subscribe.

We will not use your data for any purposes other than those mentioned above; if necessary, we will obtain your consent first.

5. Who can access your data

• Person in charge of this ministry: Only the person in charge of this ministry can view the form data; form data and WhatsApp messages are personally read and replied to by the person in charge of this ministry;
• Our website and email service providers (see Section 6) are strictly limited to providing the necessary services.

We will handle your messages with confidentiality and respect.

6. Services We Use

• systeme.io: This website, forms, and emails use the systeme.io platform, and the data you submit in the forms will be stored on this platform.
• WhatsApp: If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages will be transmitted through WhatsApp (operated by Meta), and WhatsApp will process the relevant data according to its privacy policy.
• YouTube: Videos on the website are embedded using YouTube's youtube-nocookie mode to reduce tracking cookies. When you play a video, YouTube may collect data according to its privacy policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA: The forms on this website use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google to prevent spam. The data collected by reCAPTCHA is subject to Google'sPrivacy Policyregulation.
• Google Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics to track website browsing statistics (such as page views and devices used), and the relevant data is subject to Google'sPrivacy Policyregulation.

7. How Long We Retain Data

Data submitted by you in forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

Regardless of the retention period, you can request us to delete your data at any time (see Section 8).

• Deletion: You can request us to delete your personal data.
